pan-European strategic partnership with Broekman Logistics. This collaboration
marks a significant milestone in KIOTI’s growth journey
across Europe and reinforces KIOTI’s commitment to
building a reliable, future-ready supply chain.
Beginning
1st July 2025, the agreement establishes Broekman
Logistics as KIOTI Europe’s new logistics partner, with an operations centre at a
state-of-the-art facility in Venlo, the Netherlands. This move represents a
complete transition of KIOTI’s European warehousing to Broekman
Logistics’s facility, which will now serve as KIOTI’s main European Distribution Center.

Venlo’s strategic location enables
rapid access to key European markets, significantly reducing lead times and
enhancing customer service levels. The warehouse operation is equipped to
handle KIOTI’s expanding range of tractors, UTV’s, zero-turn mowers (ZTRs), robotics, attachments, parts and accessories
with added capabilities for tractor assembly, pre-delivery inspections,
labeling, kitting, and reverse logistics management. The warehouse spans
approximately 14,600m2, moreover, Broekman has opportunities to make this
scalable going forward.
Approximately
15,000m2 of the total warehouse storage capacity will be occupied by KIOTI.
Moreover, the warehouse site has the ability to adapt its capacity and
resources, storing and handling more items, and offering long-term scalability
to support KIOTI’s
projected growth. Ramp-up operations started, and teams from both sides are targeting
go-live operations for begin Q4 2025.
