7-Year Warranty on all its tractors, redefining durability and customer
assurance in the tractor industry. This new initiative, commencing January
2025, is designed to reinforce KIOTI’s commitment to quality and strengthen
its brand presence in the European market.
Unmatched Korean Engineering Now backed
by Extended Warranty Coverage
KIOTI tractors are engineered and
manufactured in South Korea, leveraging Daedong’s 76-year legacy of
excellence in precision manufacturing on all parts. The new 7-Year Warranty
reflects KIOTI’s confidence in the durability of its tractors and underscores
its commitment to providing customers with long-term peace of mind – all at no
additional cost.
Warranty Coverage & Timeline
The 7-Year Warranty will be introduced in phases:
² Jan – Jun 2025 All tractors regardless of connection are eligible
upon regular registration
² Jul – Dec 2025: Eligibility requires registration via the KIOTI
Connect App
² Jan – Dec 2026:
§ Telematics-equipped models must be activated and registered
§ Non-telematics models require registration through the KIOTI Connect
App.
² Jan 2027 & Beyond: KIOTI will evaluate customer feedback and
market response before determining the future of this extended warranty policy.
Enhanced Warranty Details
The previous KIOTI tractor warranty includes:
2 years bumper-to-bumper coverage
plus 3 years extended warranty on the powertrain totaling 3,000 hours
limited.
From 2025, the new warranty structure will be:
2 years bumper-to-bumper coverage plus 5
years extended warranty on the powertrain, totaling 5,000 hours limited*
*Emission parts are covered for 5 years limited.
What This Means for Customers
² Extended Coverage: Increases the
standard warranty period from 5 years (3,000 hours) to 7 years (5000 hours).
² No Impact on Existing Warranties: The
policy applies only to tractors sold from January 2025 onward and does not
affect units sold before this date.
² Same Claim Process: Customers will
continue using the existing warranty claim process.
Commitment to the Future
KIOTI is closely monitoring customer and
dealer feedback throughout 2025 and 2026. If the program receives positive
reception, the 7-year Warranty may become a long-term offering.
